  All the employees were nice, but Dawn went above and beyond in assisting us in modifying a picture electronically to make it print the correct size for our needs. She was so kind, patient and helpful. Just wanted to publicly thank her! Great customer service!

  Probably one of the worst experiences in customer services i have experienced in a while. Walked in and was 3rd in line. After about 10 mins, the lady in the front of the line left. I noticed 3 people behind the counter. John was busily taping boxes, while the other two were doing some kind of paper work. No one bothered acknowledging the line that was now 5 deep. The self service kiosk was not working. Finally after about 15 mins, John, one of the employees barked out, 'WHO IS NEXT. He never apologized for the wait. About 5 mins later, the lady then repeated the order and said, 'NEXT'. Again, she never apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed and why the wait. I never got a response. They should really take a lesson from UPS on how to treat customers. Stay away from this place if possible. They care very little about their customers.
