I bring everthing and get it filled out, but I need cash or a debit card for them to file and ship my papers, Sadly did not have ethier at the time on hand only credit, I come back with debit card and they turn me away for an appointment. For what exactly I do not know cause they don't explain anything or why. Customer service here isnt helpful or nice

When I’ve gone in other post offices it’s like they don’t even want to see you or deal with you…. This collierville location deserves all the praise for their patience and kindness. I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the two that were so helpful. But may the lord bless you in every way in your lives.

I asked him to print my shipping label, but even though I was speaking in English, he acted like he couldn't understand me and said, ‘I don’t know what you're saying, I have to assist other people.’ I was clearly asking for help—I had a parcel and needed the USPS label I purchased online printed. This was a very disappointing customer service experience.
- TFTheresa FisherNov 21, 20251.0We live in Piperton, TN, but get our mail delivered from Collierville, TN. The USPS carrier is incompetent as hell! We have a community mailboxes, and if a package you are expecting does not fit in your mailbox, it goes into a drop box and the key for it is supposed to go in your mailbox. We'll, it is a hot mess, because usually there is someone else's package in your drop box! He either needs to go back to kindergarten where he can learn his numbers, or re-learn ABC'S ! This is freaking ridiculous!
