We have a community mailboxes, and if a package you are expecting does not fit in your mailbox, it goes into a drop box and the key for it is supposed to go in your mailbox. We'll, it is a hot mess, because usually there is someone else's package in your drop box! He either needs to go back to kindergarten where he can learn his numbers, or re-learn ABC'S ! This is freaking ridiculous!

- DTD TSep 13, 20251.0Incompetence runs rampant at this location. Scheduled two passport appointments for my toddlers a month in advance for 10am on a Saturday. After they opened ten minutes late, a grumpy older gentleman opened the door and said if you have a passport appointment they are not scheduled to come in until 12pm. How difficult is it for you to read the scheduled appointments for passports that week and have a person that can complete passports be scheduled during that time? I guess at this location, employees are self-serving for their needs over the needs of the consumer. On the other hand, there is a passport location in... oh wait there is not one close by. Good grief. Just shut the place down. Oh, and the location is out of the way and inconvenient along with a horribly designed parking lot.
