This last incident involved a package that never made it to the Clinton post office and required some extra time and tracking. Melissa gave me her direct line and also contacted me twice to update me on the status of the package. She is very pleasant and efficient!

Also they want us to raise our box 12" because they have new vans. It's not our fault you bought vans that are higher USPS. I am sure most people feel the same, as no one in our area has raised their boxes.
