  The staff at the Staples location are well trained, helpful, friendly, very informative with great suggestions, and quick to print and pick up. The return section too is always quick for how busy they usually are. The store is always clean and well stocked

  In fairness, usually when I go in there The employees are very helpful. But today I needed some printing work done. The girl would not come from behind her computer to look in my phone to see what I had to print, to see if it was even feasible to do it at all I needed a little bit of council. She just kept telling me look at the counter and hit the scan and gave me reasons as to why they may not be able to help even though she never looked, what was inside of my phone. That is not what I call customer service. She probably just has the wrong position. She should be perhaps in the stockroom or not dealing with people. She’s probably a very good worker just in the wrong position.
