- RRRChesterJan 12, 20261.0Amazon delivery USPS problems again. I heard a vehicle pull up in our driveway. I then heard a door close. I looked out the window and the USPS vehicle was in the drive and started driving off. I immediatly went outside. NOTHING side or front door. I log in to Amazon and package marked as undeliverable due to DOG. There is no dog, we have no dog, I did not see any dog outside when I went out right after he left. SEROUSLY??????? Also they never pickup the phone and the 'hot' line is all automated. You will never speak to anyone.
- ASAnne ShifleyJan 5, 20265.0Miss Lisa is by far the most kind, patient and knowledgeable window clerk at ANY Post Office I have ever visited. This location is rarely too busy. Parking is a thing, but who couldn’t use a nice walk? Would much rather visit this location than any other in Cleveland.

Both times I’ve been in here two separate employees have gone out of there where to help me and provide extraordinary service. So thankful to have such a wonderful post office nearby!
