They drop the "its been in the parcel locker too long so you have to come get it" after it was NEVER in the parcel locker in the first place. They're just too lazy to bring it to your door when the parcel lockers are full. Then you get the pleasure of waiting in line 30 minutes while one person services 50 people and the other two go on smoke break. Some old guy wants to mail his lawnmower for 1 stamp, another person wonders why they cant mail C4 in a regular box, and someone wants to mail a check for $8k to his secret girlfriend in California and wants to know every possible way to insure it. This place is awful.

I looked out the window and the USPS vehicle was in the drive and started driving off. I immediatly went outside. NOTHING side or front door. I log in to Amazon and package marked as undeliverable due to DOG. There is no dog, we have no dog, I did not see any dog outside when I went out right after he left. SEROUSLY???????

Even when you go right when they open, the line is to the door and there is always just one person working. The wait times are crazy. I have started just driving to Georgetown to ship things. Not the employees fault. They need more help.

Everytime I am here there is no shortage of folk who are not prepared, clueless and meandering. If you want to help make the experiance smoother for the staff and your community, do some research before you go and prepair accordingly. Mistakes happen to us all, but this has long become a sociatal norm. God speed Mail Staff.
