The regular mail carrier is reliable, but same can't be said for the substitutes. Visiting the office during peak times? Better pack a Snickers bar because they don't staff for peak. You'll get the same one or two employees trying their best to serve a line of 50 people.

Only 1 truck at a time can unload here but 2 can in Etowah, Dayton, East Ridge, East Chattanooga, Lafayette Ga??? 2 docks are out of order for over a year. 5 trucks idling waiting on 1 dock lift is inefficiently dumb.
