You always get stuck behind someone who needs full service and it takes forever. Some line, lane markings might be nice. Nobody knows where to stand in this store - people cut in front of you without knowing they are doing it.

When I went in to get it, the put upon employee showed me a big stacks of packages behind the counter, completely unorganised and disheveled. I’m surprised they could find ANYONE’S package in that mess. Thankfully the sender took responsibility and shipped another item. But my experience was absolutely awful. Will be avoiding in the future.

They can easily set the package out of the weather on the covered porch but instead they stood my rug up against a gutter on the dirt driveway. When I did get a package on the porch they set it up against my glass windows. My in-laws also have a no stairs covered porch and they put the packages up against the garage in the weather. I don't get it.
