When asked why so much they said because it is not in Tennessee so it cost more . I was sending the fax to Kentucky. God for bid I have to Send one to California it would probably cost me $200.00 I’ll never use this store nor ever shop here again what a rip off they are. Buyer be ware because they don’t give you the total until it has been sent!!

We went with a new Eco tank from Epson on her recommendation instead of a laser printer, and it was not a decision I would've been able to make on my own. If you have any questions about printers and you're in the Cleveland Tennessee area come here and talk to Fallon.

Staples please hire helpful people your customers depend on. Instead of warm rude bodies to fill positions. She needs more training or another job that she can be more pleasant at. Customers are job security, keep that in mind customer service representatives
