The girl would not come from behind her computer to look in my phone to see what I had to print, to see if it was even feasible to do it at all I needed a little bit of council. She just kept telling me look at the counter and hit the scan and gave me reasons as to why they may not be able to help even though she never looked, what was inside of my phone. That is not what I call customer service. She probably just has the wrong position. She should be perhaps in the stockroom or not dealing with people. She’s probably a very good worker just in the wrong position.
