I waited an hour and a half to get my passport done I was next in line and then they sent me away He said no more I mean, you could’ve let me know sooner so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I own a business and am very busy stay away nothing but lazy staff who don’t wanna work.

They literally will look you in the face with disgust because they’re angry they’re working. Like the tension in this place every time you go here can basically make you nervous that’s how mean and unprofessional the employees are. They do not wanna work and they make it very clear besides one black guy with glasses and he is bald I’m sorry the best way I can describe him he was the only nice and speedy person here his name is EVERETT I JUST GOT HIS NAME HE DESERVES A RAISE HE IS POLITE HE IS SPEEDY AND HE IS NICE every single time. The others are rude and disrespectful. Whoever manages this place send someone here to fake like a customer and see for yourself
