- VHVicki HensonFeb 3, 20261.0NO stars if I was able to choose. FEDEX is a horrible company to deal with anything. We pay for a daily pick up and no one ever shows up. This is the worst company. I will personally never use them ever. No one wants to help and acts like they do not care about you as a customer. We are going to ask our customers to start using UPS ONLY due to lack of service.
