Got a notification that package couldn't be delivered because driveway wasn't accessible yet there is plenty of room to walk in my driveway to the porch. Any other package delivery personal can deliver to my address with no problem but usps seems to have trouble and have to deliver on another day.

Need to close since they are worthless, and rude, and don't deliver the mail or have drivers always on the phone while delivering mail and not paying attention to mail being out in locked mailboxes at apartments and mobile home parks etc. the driver that runs the Providence Blvd walnut street areas is always on his phone and mixes mail up and drives dangerously

They never answer the phone when you call. Tried calling for 2 days and no one answers. Mailman keeps not delivering my packages. Even the people at the post office know my mailman does not do his job. They refered to him as “golden boy” and “precious” because he does not like to deliver the packages. I keep making reports and having packages not showing up.

Stunningly awful post office location. The worst.
I understand weather. I understand the million-mile trucks and their limitations. But two weeks after the storm where most streets are bone dry (including mine and every street around us for a half mile) our guy refuses to deliver our mail.
I'm waiting for an important package that has tracking. It was "out for delivery" all day yesterday until about 3:00 when it turned to "inclement weather" nonsense. I went to this location and asked them to go get it in the back. I had the tracking. Not only would they not even look up the tracking they refused - because it's their policy (they literally said that) - to not go to the back for my mail (which I have had one delivery in three weeks).
Yolanda refused but it was because Jennifer the "manager", by her own statement, who told her not to. Meanwhile, at that moment, she was checking on someone's certified mail (going to the back for it). But my package that their carrier refused to deliver would continue to be held hostage by them.
It got loud. I demanded as a customer, where they had my mail and refused to get it, that they simply DO THEIR JOB. They literally called the police on me. I'm a reasonable, responsible person. I didn't ask for anything unreasonable. They just were refusing to do their job.
I don't blame Yolanda, she was being told what to do by this awful "manager" Jennifer. I have managed dozens and dozens of people and rarely let people go. Jennifer wouldn't have lasted five more minutes.
I always wonder, at what point does a new govt employee turn from someone employable as a business employee to a govt employee who no longer cares. Jennifer definitely has crossed that line.

I tried to open a PO Box, which requires an application. During the online process, the USPS website assures applicants the post office will print out the form. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, this office refused and asked me to redo it. I filled out the form a second time, and showed my military ID and my drivers license and was again rejected, this time because both forms of ID had my picture. The manager explained the reason they wouldn’t accept my military ID is because it has my picture on it. The same ID that lets me get on an airplane BECAUSE it has my picture is not good enough for the USPS.
