The service has been great from all employees I have dealt with. The shortage of staff results in them having long lines. I have often come and 1 person was working the front. When the lines are long they have had someone to come and help those who where just picking up packages. If I'm not pressed for time, I patiently wait and get good service. The hold up is not necessarily the workers all the time. Some of us have lots of packages, uncompleted forms, questions, and some of us move slow at the counter.

Possibly the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. The lines are always long, the service is always with an attitude and mail delivery is spotty at best. They shoved an entire shoe box in my mail box, and we didn’t check it for a day so they just completely stopped delivering to my house saying it was full. The form they gave us to reactivate delivery didn’t work either, of course. The absolute worst, laziest service I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve NEVER in my life had an issue with my package being delivered to my new apartments in the past. But this has been the WORST experience EVER! How do you deem someone’s mailbox VACANT BUT you CLEARLY delivered regular pieces of mail so if it was VACANT! Why would you have been able to leave other pieces of mail with my personal information on it! I am extremely flustered. No one could even tell me where my PRIORITY package was located! They then proceeded to return my package to sender but not only that. They didn’t send it back priority! SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT AND GOD KNOWS WHEN ILL RECEIVED MY PACKAGE THAT I NEEEEEEDDDDD AND PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR!! I will be filing a complaint! This is very disheartening! And no one even tried to fix it
