It's a crap shoot when I come in to see if it's going to be working or not. Most of the time when I come here, I only need to scan a QR code and then put the label on the package and put it in the mail. Instead, I have to wait in a big line for something very simple. Otherwise, they do pretty good here.

Another time I have another package it said delivered on Sunday at 9 Am and that package was also missed. Some mail letter was ripped by someone’s finger. I tried to call the phone which the mail carrier gave me but no one picked up the call.
