It’s no wonder there is a call to privatize the mail system. It’s a governmental service and its employees treat it as such. No accountability whatsoever. No internal fortitude to do the job well. No concern for the customer whatsoever. No competition leaves the customer powerless.

Proceeded to tell me mixed stories: 1. There was a sub driver and they didnt know which apartment complex was mine 2. There was no complex letter on the shipping label, even though I contacted the sender and they not only sent me the address they gave WITH the complex letter on there, but I recieved a package with that address and had no issues. Plus i asked to see it and they acted like I was trying to access super secrets when all they had to do was print off what was on their screen and if needed to, black out or cut any sensitive information. 3. The sub wasn't supposed to send it back but they did because "they didnt know the rules" After all this, proceeded to keep calling me with no results just to also let me know that they won't be covering their mistake because I had no insurance on the package. The employees being hired are incompetent people because if they didnt know which box was mine, they could open the lockers and see our last names (my complex neighbors have a different name than ours) and put the package in the spot or held the package and possible contact me because ive had an account with them in the past seeing as how i recently closed a PO Box so the information was all there. This is also AFTER another "sub" delivered my sisters medication to a wrong address and basically proceeded to say it happens and offered no help. My mother had to track it down. This post office sucks.
