- AAAriFeb 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office location. I came in around lunch time on a Monday. One of the clerks spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone when I was trying to mail a package. Instead of calmly explaining the issue, she was rude and made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect clear communication and basic courtesy, even if there is a problem with my shipment. A respectful explanation would have gone a long way. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more professionalism and patience.
