- MEMarge EricsonSep 3, 20251.0I went to this post office for years and never had a positive experience, NEVER! One of the people that works there should have been fired years ago, because he’s always grumpy, surly and extremely rude. I don’t know if he’s still there, because I now go to the PO in Pleasantview,, where the employees are kind, considerate and efficient. People: you don’t have to be abused when you need to interact with a postal worker!!!!!! The are supposed to serve the public, and do their job courteously.

I always go to this location and haven’t ever had a problem with the man( Caucasian guy- I don’t know his name) who works at the front desk. Today it was a guy name Rossie. He treated me horrible. He was extremely rude. The post office needs to retrain him on customer service immediately. I left trembling because he made me that upset. He wrote my address on a piece of paper and put it in his pocket. This has to be against the law. My question is what does Rossie plan on doing with my personal information. I would like the post office to investigate this further.
- NYNone YaApr 29, 20171.0Worst service ever. Rose, the lady that works there chatted with a customer for at least 10 mins while said customer was filling out custom forms right there at the counter. When i wanted to send my package the same way as the lady before me, whom she chatted with, she just handed me the forms and put me back in line behind 6 other customers. Upon asking why she treats each customer differently, she didn't respond and had a huge attitude once i finally got to mailing my box to a deployed soldier. Thanks for nothing!
