  This store has been changed around and now it looks smaller even though it's the exact same store. Not sure why they chose to update because you can't even get in the door now when it's super busy. It's just awful! They should've never made any changes because things were moving way faster! It's just all cramped up now. What a shame. SMH!!

  Absolutely awful design for being the only UPS store in a busy area, limited indoor space, only 1 Amazon return scanner that was not even present for post-holiday returns. Line wrapped around store no matter what time of day I’ve gone. This store needs more Amazon return stations and needs to be expanded for the geographical area it serves!

  Your employee walked out into the parking lot to retrieve the large quantity of prescriptions that i had in my vehicle; they were for my aunt who was visiting out of state and had decided to extend her vacation. He was wonderful! Had me handed off to another employee who packaged it all up for me and neither one of them ever stopped smiling. This was 3 days before Christmas and the line was never less than 20 customers deep the whole time i was there.

  Went to go return one of my many Amazon returns, but this time was told they would charge me $1.10 for an 18" strip of tape. I'm finding that the new ownership is less accommodating, which is disappointing. The UPS stores can be a valuable asset to the community, I hate that they wanted to charge me so much for .03 cents worth of tape. Disappointing.

  I made an appointment at this location for notary services. Although I understand it was the holiday season and the store was busy, there was a long line and I waited as instructed despite having an appointment. About 30 minutes after my scheduled time, the notary finally asked, while I was still standing in line, what document I needed notarized. After reviewing it, she informed me they could not notarize that type of document. Since I had an appointment, it would have been helpful for the notary to acknowledge me and confirm whether my document could be notarized before I waited well past my appointment time. Instead, I lost valuable time only to be told the service wasn’t available. If this type of document cannot be notarized at this location, appointments for it should not be allowed in the first place.
