When I tried to speak with the clerk (a young Black male), he deliberately ignored me and directed all communication to my nephew instead. Even when I paid, he handed the receipt to my nephew, not to me. That behavior is unacceptable. I don’t know what his problem was, but I felt he was purposely ignoring me. As an immigrant woman, I felt discriminated against based on both my gender and background. I would like this incident to be investigated. Oh yes, charging $80 for a box is price gouging and you should be ashamed. P.S. the company is not answering to my email. I'm guessing ignoring their customers is normal for them. I'm going to reach someone by the phone.
