  A complete joke of a company waited four days now for a package that no one seems to know where it’s at, but yet it has several different remarks online of. It’s been delivered then not delivered then on the truck then not on the truck then an incorrect address. Every time I call customer service line I get a different story on what’s going on of where the package is or is not or they don’t know where the package is or their internal investigation has to look into it and somebody will contact me I’ve been told that three different days now and nobody has contacted me each time being told somebody will call me that day. Somebody will call me that day and yet nobody has contacted me and I’m no closer to getting my package then I was four days ago And I’m just being told to wait patiently wait patiently somebody will contact me and I’m still waiting on a package that nobody seems to know within the company where it is how incompetent can a company be to not know where a package is but yet they’re online tracking service can tell me different places and a different times this package Was. I’ve never had such a bad experience before ever than I have with FedEx. I would never ever recommend you going with FedEx to deliver your package because it won’t get there and then they’ll completely lose it and then not know where it’s at if you’re gonna use a sending service or shipping service you’re better off going with UPS or the US mail

  I came here couple times to pick up my packages. Fedex employee here name Tina, she set my resident house as closing business so delivery driver skip my house to deliver. Fedex in clarksville should be shut down immediately. UPS or USPS are way better than Fedex no matter what.
