Despite the assistance from the young lady at the store, my issue was not initially resolved, and I remain deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer support provided. Although Jess tried to assist me, she was unable to make meaningful progress due to restrictions from your customer service representatives. Mae's refusal to escalate the situation to a manager or allow communication with the in-store manager was especially disheartening. It feels as if the customer service system has been inadequately outsourced, leaving customers without effective assistance. The lack of support led me to decide that I would not be using FedEx in the future. However, I was eventually able to resolve the issue by contacting the vendor to whom I sent the item back. They confirmed receipt of the package and processed my refund on 7/22/2025. The primary issue was that neither I nor FedEx could track the return due to an error on FedEx's end. I sincerely hope that improvements are made so that other customers do not experience similar frustrations.

Nowadays Fedex delivers my monthly dog food subscription from Walmart without a hitch! I wouldn't use them to deliver anything more important than that dog food- they sure have fallen from the respected document delivery system of a decade ago. WOW! Could NOT have done a worse job than what they did this week.
