The post office keeps forwarding our mail to another person because their last name is the same. There is two addresses one is north side and one is the south side. They keep messing up our mail and our bank keeps calling us because they’re getting returned mail when our address is correct. Clearly people can’t read.

I’ve never had a bad experience with my mail deliveries—USPS has always been reliable on that front. 👀However, when going inside the location, I think the customer-facing communication could use some improvement. A little more friendliness and warmth would go a long way—they’re definitely lacking southern hospitality on the retail side.

Would give negative stars if I could. Order said package was left in mail box but come home to this, they don't even bother putting it on the porch or even in the mailbox, they just throw it on the ground next to the mailbox and the neighborhood stray does this. Luckily nothing was ruined but I'm still annoyed about the situation.

Worse post office ever! The mail carrier always shoves my packages in the mailbox, even though I put a box down by my mailbox for my packages. The mail carrier had an issue with my driveway, so I came with the solution of putting a plastic tote underneath my mailbox. They put my bigger packages in there but shove all others in my mailbox, even after calling them 3 times and asking nicely to remind the carrier to put them in the tote no matter the size. And when they do put them in the tote, they don’t put the lid on it. Customer service is the worse because they try to say it’s not their fault or responsibility.
