A little more friendliness and warmth would go a long way—they’re definitely lacking southern hospitality on the retail side.

Order said package was left in mail box but come home to this, they don't even bother putting it on the porch or even in the mailbox, they just throw it on the ground next to the mailbox and the neighborhood stray does this. Luckily nothing was ruined but I'm still annoyed about the situation.
- JRJan ReyJun 26, 20251.0I've contacted the post office several times but it does no good and now the mail carrier is either messing with me or else is not very well educated in my opinion. Today's package was cookies. And yeah that's right.... left it right on the ground for neighborhood dogs to wee on or carry off, even though there is a sign on the porch swing saying leave packages here. They also left it in front of the door so have to go out the back door and around the house to get it. Thank God for security cameras since I saw the package out there or it could have meant a broken hip since I am elderly. I have marked all my deliveries as to never ever be sent through the post office but nobody knows how to just do your job. I hope how soon the post office does close. Last week they put the package in front of the garage door (detached garage) near the pets feeding bowl. Who does things like this? We share a drive with my daughter so we have two mail boxes which I guess states to the mail carrier to just lay the package on top of the 2 mailboxes in the rain. Who does this?

I have cameras and reviewed footage and it was not blocked at the time attempted. This is the second time within a week the same driver lied about the same situation. Get better usps. You suck
