I was in a stressful situation after a $3,000 purse I was shipping was dropped off at the Murfreesboro location on South Church St. Despite the package never being scanned at her facility, Dawn dedicated her time to tracking it down for me. She was proactive, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. She even called me the moment it was finally scanned and located in Las Vegas. Her willingness to go over and beyond for a customer is a true testament to her professionalism. I highly recommend this location and especially Dawn for her exceptional help.

Every single one of packages is late, I paid extra to have things delivered early, then it says it’s delivered and in my mailbox or at my house. NONE of my packages are delivered and my driveway is paved with a huge turn around, about fifty yards off the road. She marks the packages delivered and leaves a note saying she tried and to get it at the post office. I work during postal hours, why I have things Delivered!!! I’ve complained five times inside the post office already, so now I’m leaving a review. I feel SURE nothing will be done like the rest of the times, but I really wish UPS could deliver my packages, I might actually get them. - Blair Farmer
