- JSJade S4 days ago1.0Went to do my daughters passport appointment. my appointment time is 3:30pm we got there 3:15pm as we need to be there 10:15 mins early sat down and called around 3:18pm and told we messed up the paper work, I asked if we can do it real quick it will only take a minute and she just plainly said no because theres next appointment which i totally get it but its only 3:18pm. Our appointment starts at 3:30pm. Clearly no empathy especially we got our baby with us and we need to do another trip to do this appointment.
