  I am in town from Colorado and had to drop off some packages for both UPS and the post office and was a little stressed because I don’t know where I’m supposed to be going for all of this. Everyone at the store was extremely friendly and helped me out with everything I needed. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and also a lot of fun. I appreciated them taking care of what I needed and being so great about everything!

  I love the UPS store on Signal Mountain Blvd. I have used every UPS store around Chattanooga. This store is the most efficient, best customer service and most reliable!! Thank you to Audria for her amazing customer service. She always has a smile on her face and is a bright light at the UPS store. Christmas Rush is never an issue at this store. They are that good. Look no further if you want reliable, trusted and amazing service!!

  Audria has helped me for several years at the UPS Store on Signal Mountain Blvd in Chattanooga. She handles my mailings and especially the printing of my Medicare presentations. She is very professional, yet personal, as well. I will continue to use the UPS Store where she works because of her great customer service. Thanks, Steve Kerr

  I don't have his last name, but Owen at the Signal Mountain UPS is a truly wonderful employee. I had dropped off a USPS package to be returned at UPS because UPS assured me that would be ok, but it was not ok, as it turned out. The Post Office picked up the package but never scanned it into the system. I was frantically casting around trying to find out what happened, and Owen actually went through CCTV footage to determine that the package had indeed been picked up. He also called me several times to follow through on our conversations and to update me. I was not expecting this kind of conscientious service at a UPS store--UPS, you have a wonderful employee in Owen.
