It’s been 2 years since I’ve moved to this town and have been going to this location and the only time I was greeted with a smile was the lady who was retiring that day! The people there are unnecessarily rude and treat you like THEY ARE DOING YOU A BIG FAVOR by being there!

We have an Amazon locker and a normal mailbox, but if the box is too big for either, they just leave an attempted delivery slip EVERY SINGLE TIME.. we have a front door. I don’t understand how every other mail carrier delivers larger packages to the front door of an apartment and USPS can’t. This post office is the one our packages always end up so we would really like to see this driver situation addressed… the entire complex has this problem because the drivers don’t want to come to the front of somebody’s home. This doesn’t happen to people with houses or even houses with long driveways… they shouldn’t get away with this laziness just because it’s an apartment complex.
