- NJNicole JadeNov 13, 20251.0I was just in the post office around 10 AM November 13th. I’ve received a package with items missing actually I’ve received a whole empty package. I have had two debit cards from my bank, mailed, that never arrived and I’ve had multiple rebate cards that are Visa cards I never received, not one. we’ve had a constant issue with Mail not coming. We are on the system that lets us know when mail comes. I went to the office today because I have a package that’s empty but it’s supposed to weigh 8 grams. The manager just gave me the runaround & gave me no resolution and at the end just stood there and stared at me when I said so pretty much you have no resolution & you don’t care and she just stood there as if to say yeah I don’t care. Our last name is Bosworth and I wish upper management would please do something about the situation. We can’t just keep not getting our mail and it’s coming from multiple businesses and locations and it’s just a nonstop issue and there’s no management at this office that will help with this problem I have never seen such a worthless lazy condescending privileged sorry person in my life and I’m so upset right now because I knew when I walked in there the chances of any of this having a resolution was next to none
