- MRMOHAMED RASHINIDec 12, 20255.0they take me and my packages as serious as they reasonably can. i have to work with 6 different locations and their respective usps that deliver to them in tennessee and 3 of them in the chattanooga area, when i have an important package, i MAKE SURE the address i use is for the business close to this location so i can have peace of mind. even when it gets held by the post office i know its in good hands. Usps isnt perfect but this location is probably the most dependable one ive worked with. your talking about people that can be having the shittiest day, deal with the worst customer, and when you walk in the frustration might even be visible SOMEtimes, but lets be honest EVERYONE THAT LEFT A BAD REVIEW WOULDNT HELP ANYONE W ANYTHING IF THEY WERE FRUSTRATED. but at this usps location they still GET IT DONE. ✅ So don’t be a bitter hater, if your patience is that of a child and you cant afford to pay for priority, when things don’t go perfect and you catch a fit it means your a loser doesnt have anything to do with the people at this location.
