- NWNita WootenOct 17, 20251.0This distribution center is terrible! I order and shipping items all the time. I can follow tracking and all goes as planned UNTIL it get to this specific location. Once it gets here movement stops and tends to always be delayed. Delivery by tracking will say the date planned...but its always 2 to 3 days later than that. They cannot tell me it's not them when you can watch tracking and see it moving through the system accordingly until it gets here! Word of advice if you are sending items with deadlines you may want to consider UPS or Fed Ex.

I really didn't know exactly how to send the letter I needed to send to get it there quickly and with the receipt and they took care of all that for me and explain everything without making me feel stupid. Much nicer and friendlier than other post offices in the area.

It then proceeded to go to Jackson, Mississippi, then to Memphis, TN, then to Dallas, TX, then back to Memphis before ending back up at this facility a week later than expected. Maybe I'll get it sometime? I mean I guess it's good enough for government work...
