If you have any way to refrain from ever doing any shipping out of this building, avoid it like the plague-that is unless you like your packages getting lost and/or sitting in the same place for weeks at a time. I have heard of the government being inefficient, but this place drops the bar so low that an ant couldn't do the limbo under it. I could've hitched my package to a tortoise and sent it on its way across the country and it would've beaten any package shipped out of here. They could bulldoze the building and build a Buc-ees and I think the shipping network in Chattanooga would actually improve.

- NWNita WootenOct 17, 20251.0This distribution center is terrible! I order and shipping items all the time. I can follow tracking and all goes as planned UNTIL it get to this specific location. Once it gets here movement stops and tends to always be delayed. Delivery by tracking will say the date planned...but its always 2 to 3 days later than that. They cannot tell me it's not them when you can watch tracking and see it moving through the system accordingly until it gets here! Word of advice if you are sending items with deadlines you may want to consider UPS or Fed Ex.
