- SRSudheer ReddyJan 17, 20261.0I’ve visited this location twice recently, and my experience with the front desk staff has been inconsistent. On my first visit, the lady at the counter asked me to either apply my own tape to the package or purchase theirs. I packed everything myself, and she then added tape to the shipping label. On my second visit, I did the exact same thing (packed and taped my package), but this time she insisted I go back and tape the label myself or buy their tape — even though the process had been acceptable the first time. Another staff member, Sherlyn, was very helpful and professional during my visit. Unfortunately, the first employee did not seem pleased that Sherlyn was assisting me. Overall, the service quality seems to vary significantly depending on who helps you. Sherlyn provided great customer service, while my interactions with the other staff member felt unnecessarily difficult and inconsistent.
