Total BS if I wanted pick up I would scheduled pick up ,,, lazy delivery mail courier is what this is especially since the packages are Valentine’s Day gifts !!! This location sucks, usps needs to go back to mail in mailbox delivery only because they suck at package delivery to your home. Read all the reviews for the east gate loop location this location is a disgrace, if you don’t like doing your job as a package delivery courier let someone else do it !!!!

My wife was desperately looking for this delivery and when the lady gladly went to to the back and was able to find it for us before it was returned to the sende, truly our hero! Fantastic experience :)

Wasn’t aware it could fit in there, don’t know why they couldn’t just leave it at my door like always, besides the fact they just didn’t feel like it. Requested redelivery, leaving specific instructions so that the delivery person doesn’t get confused; “leave at door” And now I’m being told they can’t make the delivery with zero explanation, and being asked to pick up the package myself? Now I have to do your job for you? Is this a joke? Because I’m not laughing. Get your act together. A group of Kindergarteners are more organized than you, and that’s just sad.

My wife is very polite, but after a series of questions my wife asked her, the lady looked at her and said, "Don't tell me how to do my job." The lady refused to ship the package because it was 20 minutes before closing. Then my wife asked for a stamp, but changed her mind and asked for a whole book of stamps. That also made the lady upset. We will always avoid this post office in the future until they hire people who are interested in being helpful, rather than antagonistic.
