The young black gentleman working the front desk is an absolute jerk and does not want to do his job to assist people with their packages. Makes you feel like an absolute idiot and inconvenience if you have questions or need guidance. His name is Chris. I see other reviews here mentioning him by name. Don’t come to work if you don’t want to do your job. I will not be returning to this location after my experience.
You can find a better candidate who treats people with common decency.

After years of adequate service and welcoming energy from this post office, I'm extremely disappointed by the decline in customer service. An agent incorrectly marked one of my packages, and when another employee (Chris) pointed out the error, he simply stated the package would be returned without offering any solution. This made no sense—especially since we had already paid for the incorrect international shipping label. The lack of problem-solving and unhelpful attitude was frustrating and unprofessional. I'd recommend finding another location or service for your mailing needs.

Love this building and generally had good experiences here until Chris started. The 10+ times I have interacted with him he is rude and unhelpful to me and anyone I watch him interact with. He should not be employed in any customer facing roles anywhere.

Terrible and slow service here consistently. Never enough staff at the windows, they don't seem to cater for busier hours. I strongly recommend using the Post Office in Northshore instead.

Too bad service is gone. Tried calling and no one answered the phone! Needed to cancel a Passport Reservation.
