- EAEric AbeytaJan 4, 20261.0Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. They were too lazy to get out of the truck to deliver my package so they lied. I seen the carrier on my ring camera. They delivered small package to mail box and didn’t want to walk to door for other bigger package. Driveway was clear no obstruction for them to do their job. What a joke. No wonder usps loses money every year.
- MMMandy MorganNov 27, 20251.0My package was late so I had them to hold it and then they had to dig it out of the bin because it was going out for delivery after I had it held...I had another package that was supposed to have been delivered 2 days ago with the other one but they didn't want to get it out or look for it in the bin yesterday. I ended up not getting it like I knew i wouldn't. Your job is to sort the mail and deliver...not hold packages/mail just because you dont feel like delivering it. If my package is being held and not delivered that is technically theft because I paid for 1 DAY SHIPPING! NOW it's Thanksgiving and I won't get it AGAIN. I want my package ASAP...I really don't want to get authority involved.
- BRBrenden RandallMar 16, 20231.0trying to figure out why our normal mail carrier is fantastic and has no issues (like any other vendor or package service) hitting the button on the call box to be let in the gate, but when its not our regular carrier, they just pull up, walk by the call box and leave the packages on the ground hidden behind the stone pier which the call box is attached to. If I didn't have cameras I would never know a package had been left outside the gate!
