I waited in line to buy a stamp for something I needed to mail. When it was my turn I was told they won't sell me a single stamp that I could only buy a book of stamps. I have been here before and bought a single stamp why cant I now?

Have had to open multiple cases with USPS due to mishandling of mail at this location, including when our mail person blatantly FORGED my husband’s signature on my wedding ring, and delivered it to the wrong address. Mail people frequently mark packages undeliverable for a variety of reasons that aren’t true - and the staff at the office will not help you, nor will they answer the phone or treat you like a human when you’re standing right there in front of them. The people who work here are miserable and appear to take pleasure when they can make your life miserable too. I typically hate using the word lazy, but that’s honestly the only way to describe the culture at this place. Lazy, miserable, and unqualified for social interaction even on a small scale.

There was a problem with my PO Box, and I was expecting over a dozen packages, so instead of holding them for two days while the problem was resolved, they sent every single one of them back, causing me to pay double the price and creating twice the amount of work for them. Every time I go in here, they are as unhelpful as they can be.
