- ABangela bennettAug 18, 20251.0Have had to open multiple cases with USPS due to mishandling of mail at this location, including when our mail person blatantly FORGED my husband’s signature on my wedding ring, and delivered it to the wrong address. Mail people frequently mark packages undeliverable for a variety of reasons that aren’t true - and the staff at the office will not help you, nor will they answer the phone or treat you like a human when you’re standing right there in front of them. The people who work here are miserable and appear to take pleasure when they can make your life miserable too. I typically hate using the word lazy, but that’s honestly the only way to describe the culture at this place. Lazy, miserable, and unqualified for social interaction even on a small scale.

Every time I go in here, they are as unhelpful as they can be.
