  They don’t want to open a mailbox for me when there’s 40 minutes left before closing, they act like it’s such a hassle. The lady who was “helping” me is either ignorant or purposefully giving wrong information about the required documents to open a box for us. She refused valid forms of ID and is misrepresenting what’s required on a federal form (PS1583). Avoid this place if at all possible, they seem to really have disdain for the public.

  Would give a less than 1 star if this was possible. Had a package that was supposed to be shipped on Friday by a relative of mine.. the store never shipped it and called them Monday saying that the address that the package was being shipped to was invalid. When rather all information was correct. Upon further inquiry from me (the recipient) on Tuesday, I was given the option of ship the package ( having to wait 3-5 days and I may not have received it) or send it to the store in Ringgold. I decided to ship to store. I was surprised to receive my package the next day and was disgusted to find that the package had never been shipped. Which explained why the tracking # that I was given was always coming up as invalid. Thank you UPS on Nashville Street, your customer service is amazing and thank you for helping me get to the bottom of this. Gunbarrel yall need to do better...

  Went in for a passport photo and to ship the application. The website states walk in service for passport photos. Upon arrival, my wife was told they don’t do passport photos anymore. Wasted trip and added stress. EDIT: went back to store after getting photo made at Walgreens. They said they could not send the application for us. Said that since it was being sent to a PO Box the USPS would have to handle it. Again, on THEIR website it says they offer these services. There is no reason to visit this location for any reason unless it’s Sunday and FedEx Office down the street is closed.

  Lisa, the store manager is awful. Her customer service skills are a solid 2/10. She was very rude and hateful. She was very hateful. Her energy should be out in UPS delivery trucks, not in a office setting dealing with customer service. The rep I originally spoke with was nice and kind and atleast was willing to point me in the right direction. Lisa was extremely rude and yelled over the phone 4 different times “if you didn’t purchase your label here we cannot help you.” I called another location and they assisted me perfectly. She is lazy and sucks at her job. She doesn’t even try. Any and every employee from UPS I have ever encountered is/was helpful and kind. She was the total opposite and what is even worse is, it was for no apparent reason other then being bothered with a question. Not a good representation of UPS. Avoid this location and the store manager, Lisa.. she does not want to be of any help to you, nor UPS.
