Doing business there is always a pleasure for they have everything I always need and the employees are excellent.

I visit this store frequently and was ultimately surprised to hear that folks give bad reviews about this store because they think it’s supposed to service Amazon Prime or FedEx…what part are folks missing when the store says UPS…really!!! Get a break and STOP IT!! Without this store you would have to travel further to UPS and they close at 3pm! Without this store the Post Office closes at 6pm! Office Depot, FedEx, and Staples close before 6pm! UPS store is open until 7pm and they have a variety of services to offer the public and the customer service is impeccable and you don’t have to wait in long lines. One stop shop is this place… so stop complaining about something that has nothing to do with this store before we lose it! The staff are professional and polite. Friendly and approachable. I have never ever had a problem with this store… can’t speak for the others. I have had to walk out of the other stores only to wind up here where I should have started at in the first place. Keep it simple! Keep this establishment open and stop complaining about something that has nothing to do with this store. What you need to do is write more positive reviews and stop lying!! Thank goodness the manager is writing back and correcting the incorrect reviews! 👏🏾👏🏾…Be grateful and thank the staff and be nice! 🫶🏾 We are in a hateful world and we need to show a little kindness and respect! 🙏🏾
