A 4 foot long, 24 lb package containing a guitar was dropped off at this location for shipping to me - after a week, UPS has no record of this package being picked up or any other activity with this label after it was dropped off at this location. Nobody at the store recalls anything about it. Sounds like somebody is sneaking valuable shipments out the back door. But that's conjecture. Meanwhile, nobody at the store has reached out to me to help me or offer any assistance at all - just some flunky who answers the phone, blows me off, and then goes back to their minimum wage job.
