Next time I will be smarter and NOT use this shipping service. You could at least let your customer know that their package will not get to the destination on time. I paid $92 to ship documents for a real estate closing because your employee assured me that they would arrive by a certain day and time. This is the first and last time I will use this company and I will discourage anyone I know from using it as well for shipping items. Thank you for a very expensive lesson.
