- BSBradley Stephens3 days ago1.0They said package would be here on 11/20 so I waited for it all day never showed up, then will be delivered on 11/21 so again I waited for it never showed up and the driver marked it that no one was home for delivery. I paid Good money to have it delivered on time, needless to say I will never use DHL again, just wished I could give the driver a -5 star or a least know who they are.

When I called the DHL express number and told them the driver needed to return they told me driver could not return. Problem is they never showed up in the first place. I have camera footage to prove it. Worst delivery service in the world!! It’s no wonder they can’t compete with FedEx and UPS in the United States.
