They don't hire competent people, the mail sometimes runs extremely late or not at all and our mail carrier is scattering mail everywhere. This is the most stupid government agency that can't keep track of anything.

Yeah, the hours aren't great, but it beats driving to Newport or Morristown everyday and since they open at 7:30 it's super convenient to not have to wait until later like most other post office's.

None of them would even attempt to deliver a package. Every time we are expecting a package, we get a slip that says “no secure location” because they didn’t want to drive down the driveway. The post office is only open for 4 hours and for a person that works 3rd shift, I can never get my packages!! It’s extremely frustrating. I just found the post master generals information and I will be making a formal complaint.
- NSNever forget Tiananmen SquareFeb 7, 20183.0They don't like to scan in prepaid priority labels when they pick up mail, most times it's scanned in wayyyy late. Cameras clearly show them picking up packages. Sometimes they will not get scanned in until a day or two later saying it was picked up then. Yet again, the camera clearly shows proof that it was held on to and the dates clearly don't match up. Why must I pay extra for a priority shipment when it is equal to standard mail or media mail time frame? If it's picked up on saturday, I expect it to be scanned in as picked up that day, not scanned in as picked up on monday or even tuesday. This messes with same day shipping quotes and customers rely on that from my store. I'll just keep submitting refund requests to corporate with the video and label attached to the email to get a partial refund every time. It gets tiring but if that's what I have to do, so be it. Other than that, the people are kind and try to get your mail delivered in a prompt manner. Probably the nicest post office I'll ever encounter. I love the mail lady, she is always working hard and always has a fantastic attitude no matter what. Give that woman a raise.
