When he got home after work he found it in a puddle of water laying on the ground next to the mailbox. Yes it was pouring out that day. He could not believe the mailman or woman didn’t put it on there covered porch if it couldn’t fit in the mailbox. Thank goodness it was wrapped in plastic. But I thought you would like to see how one of your employee, doesn’t do their job properly. The street name is Woody Way. I hope you will have a discussion with this employee. Barb

I called daily for days and she was just as helpful as day 1! The package was found and rerouted to the proper location. Thank you so much, sorry I never caught your name but you did a great job!
