They DONT EVER give up on YOU whether it’s something hard or difficult, they always make sure they finish your transaction whether they had to ask me if I minded to step aside while the other employee helps the rest of the customers that are standing in line. While this employee goes and does whatever it was he had to do, just to make sure that he didn’t have to tell me “Oh I’m sorry this is to hard or difficult for me to try & figure out. Plus I can’t hold up this line with the rest of these customers who are waiting to be helped as well!.” These employees VERY WELL COULD HAD TOLD ME ALL OF THAT BUT NO HE SURE DIDNT! All he did was ask me if I minded to step aside so he could further assist me, while the other employee took his spot at the front counter/register/computer or which ever it is there! But yes very clean place, very organized always is!! BUT ILL TELL YOU EVERY EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS AT THIS UPS LOCATION MOST DEF DESERVES A VERY WELL, HARDWORKED FOR, RAISE!! Just saying!!

Nathaniel, an employee at the Volunteer Parkway Bristol Tennessee store, waited on him while he had me on the phone giving instructions and making decisions. Nathaniel was extremely knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Even with the Holiday rush, he was calm, cool, and very pleasant. It was a pleasure doing business with you Nathaniel. Merry Christmas! We will be back!
