Usually its a rushed experience and I feel that if I don't know exactly how and what I want I'll get someone upset. Totally not the case here. Trey, (nice long hair and tattoos) treated me with kindness, gave me advice on shipping my documents and we even had a nice little laugh in between. That's what customer service is! He took a trip to the post office that I was dragging my feet about and made it nice. Thinking I may take the drive from Smyrna here just to have a calm post office experience. Also great hours, appreciate the flexible times! This location needs a raise!!!!!
