  My y experience with online printing and in-store pickup was outstanding, thanks to Niecely! She was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

  Yeah, I understand the low ratings for this particular FedEx outlet. So I’m going to add to that. Sure, it’s a spacious store that’s well stocked with shipping products (tape, empty boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) as well as other nick knacks like batteries, pens, Command strips, stationary, and even snacks. They have copy machines as well. Because we live relatively close by, we use this location somewhat often. Unfortunately, it’s perpetually understaffed, lines are long, and workers sometimes seem occupied with menial tasks while customers need help. It’s just the least efficient FedEx office we’ve ever used in Middle Tennessee.

  Stopped by to laminate a temporary plate. The staff was super helpful, esp Nick. He went above and beyond to find a single hole punch and screwdriver! Thanks FedEx you saved my trip and helped prevent me getting pulled over on our trip back to Atlanta!

  I had a fairly simple job: an image that I wanted to make into flyers, with 2 for each page. The image was not the same dimensions as half of a page, and the guy was really confused about this. It seems simple enough: shrink to fit. It took him 20 min to take the order, which seemed excessive. In the morning, a lady called me from there saying my order was ready. I came about 2 hours later, and the person at the register couldn’t find them, and neither could she. She asked me to show her my order, and I was like, “how can I show you my order, if y’all haven’t given it to me?” The evening before, they hadn’t given me any paper. Once they found it, after having the manager come up front, I asked them if there were x copies, and the guy didn’t know. There was no documentation he found in the system where he had pulled it up. The lady came up to the counter again, and she found the quantity written on a page in the bag. It just seems like it was the first time they had ever done this. The flyers themselves looked great.

  I had an oversized project at a do-it-yourself copy machine. I would not have been able to manage this job on my own. Phylecia was kind, patient, and generous with her time to assist me. She also recommended rubber bands before placing in the cylinder so it would be easy to take out (I hadn’t thought about the unraveling of paper inside the cylinder). I had a fabulous experience and the best ever at any FedEx office. Five stars!
