- ACA catDec 30, 20251.0If you're a small business owner planning to ship through this location, be prepared to constantly explain the incompetence of the postal system that our great American tax dollars pay for to countless disappointed customers. Within the past month, I've had at least five packages that simply weren't scanned at all. This, of course, gives the recipients the impression that I haven't shipped their item, in which I embarrassingly have to explain that scanning several packages in the same color bubble mailer at the same time is far beyond the capabilities of the Brooks Chapel Road postal service employees. Only until the package gets scanned at the next distribution center can my customers and I have ease of mind that the package was indeed shipped. After which, I've not only lost credibility as a seller, but also obliterated my average ship time which is on prominent display for all to see on the platform I use to sell. A humiliation ritual I will no doubt have to go through again, thanks a lot Brentwood Tennessee post office.

He helped me find exactly what I needed and was very kind to me and my daughter. I didn't get his name but he has long hair and tattoos. He deserves a raise! I don't live in Brentwood but I go out of my way to use this USPS branch because there is never a wait and the staff is amazing. Thank you!
