  $3 to print a label? Absolutely Not. Thats pure greed at its finest. Most locations that charge $0.75

  They are always positive, extremely efficient, and I almost never have to wait. They seemed to REALLY know how to do their job. And they communicate effectively- if you do have to wait longer in line, they will tell you why (unlike several other UPS stores in Nashville).

  I had the complex task of making name badges for my high school reunion. I didn’t know where to begin, but I had my yearbook. I was put in touch with Matthew, the graphic artist who scanned the photos and worked with me until I was happy with the design he made. I appreciated his patience through several adds, moves and changes and highly recommend Matthew’s services.

  There is plenty of staff available and ready to assist you. They all have great attitudes and are very friendly and inviting to come assist with whatever needs you may have. I love this place. Walmart, Lowe’s, Kroger, and many other retail stores should take note from the excellent service that your Company provides. This is one of the few companies that is truly customer focused all the other stores just give lip service or hyperbole. The customer experience and the customer service should matter as much as Price. You should not dread having to go to a place and having to wait in line for a lengthy period of time. I have never had to wait very long if any at the UPS store before being attended to Keep doing what you’re doing😊!!!
