    I’m attaching all communications and photos of the product(s) for transparency of why I am giving a 1-star review. On 12/5 I placed an order for a 24x30 print. Upon pickup I noticed that there was a large green streak across the edge that was not part of the high resolution file I provided them. They said I could pickup a replacement poster that would be ready the next day around 5pm. When I went to pickup the print it was not there, and they blamed me because I did not confirm (when there was no confirmation was requested). I told them I would be back in the area again on 12/26 and I would pickup the print then to which they confirmed it would be ready. I wish I was joking when I say that when I arrived to pick it up 8 days later, on the day I said I was coming, they yet again let me know that it was never printed - this time because someone was out sick but that they would have it ready for me the next time I come in. It is now January 8th and Janelle is the employee who presented me a new print with another large green printing flaw on it. Janelle told me that their store has a “brand new printer” and the reason for this flaw is because there is “something wrong with the file I provided”. This gaslighting makes absolutely no sense because the neon green stripe that appears on both images they produced was not the same, and it clearly is not on the original file I sent. Janelle also refused to give me a refund today because I did not have a receipt, but UPS required payment over the phone at the time I placed the order and so a receipt was never provided to me! I had my bank statement showing the amount paid with the date that coincided with the email chain, but they said this still was not sufficient. I have since disputed the charge with AMEX who will hopefully withdrawn the money back from UPS since they did not provide the good that I paid for. After over a month of useless back and forth trips to this UPS Store I am happy to say that I was able to successfully have the image printed within 24 hours using Graphics 615. I highly recommend this small business as they are incredibly professional, fast, and produce high quality work!

    I just got my daughter’s birthday invitations printed here and was helped by Mehul who was so kind and wonderful. Purge me about half of what I would’ve spent at FedEx. Thanks Mehul!

    I am always super impressed by this local Southpointe UPS store. Autumn was efficient, kind, and ultra professional. Despite a surely stressful day with line out the door of holiday shipping needs, she made each person’s experience a positive one, my own included. Thank you, Autumn! Your help was SO appreciated.

    Just left the UPS store in Brentwood on Nolensville Road. Nikki was the nice young lady who waited on me. It was so refreshing and I appreciate so much her attitude and her telling me and other customers and I quote. “ Thank you for your business. We appreciate it.” It’s been a while since I’ve heard anyone say that. Whatever the store is doing to train their employees is wonderful. Nikki is a credit to the company.
