- TLtimberly lewisJan 5, 20265.0I have used this post office since I was 18 and we drop off packages multiple times weekly to be shipped. Shannon is the best! She is always kind and helpful. Always willing to help. I have been to other post offices but they are no where as efficient and welcoming as the Bluff city one has been for us. Most of the ones that were here for years have retired. But thank goodness they found someone to carry on the hard work, the knowledge and the friendliness that has always made this post office my favorite! Please don’t retire Shannon you’re the best !!

I have lived in multiple states, working as a professional who travels and have had to deal with USPS throughout many states. This USPS is by far the rudest and most unprofessional location I have ever had to deal with. The workers actually don’t want to do their job and deliver the mail, and then have the audacity to complain to your face that they wont because delivering a package does not pay them. When told that they were contacted multiple times via the delivery service they are contracted with for not delivering, they then lied and argued to my face while I remained calm, even though I have proof that they were contacted via the shippers. Additionally, they themselves sign packages to be held at their postal location instead of delivering when we have never allowed this to occur or requested for this pickup service. Most unprofessional federal location I have ever encountered. It is embarrassing that my taxes are going to this location, this location is beyond embarrassing to our government and the entire United States Postal Service. You have one job, and no one there can even accomplish it let alone pretend to have customer service. Rude, disrespectful location. It seemed like our packages were being held to be stolen by the workers themselves.
