When your package does not get delivered at the right address, but all your other mail does then you put a claim in with the usps.com and nothing gets resolved that is great business practice!

Blountville has a new Post Master, Jerry B. he was very helpful to an issue we had and gave a simple solution to our problem. I wish someone would have given this info years ago. No worries now thanks to Jerry. Hope all goes well now and better service.
