- WYwill yatesJan 5, 20261.0Horrible post office with terrible customer service.Had a package delivered but needed signature and I wasn’t home so as soon as I got my notice I went online and chose option to pick up my parcel at the post office the next business day but when I did so the customer care lady didn’t know where it was and was rude and told me to come back the next day or wait for it to be redelivered so I went home and waited and seen that they had sent my package back to sender via my tracking number,this is absolute rubbish service and they should be fired,this is the fifth incident I’ve had trying to get my packages in the past two months,usps and this post office is complete trash and do not care about people or their property.The people at the rest are rude and unintelligent!!I would give a lower score if available,god awful service!!!
