I don’t think it was my regular mail carrier though because she had brought a package to my house the week before. That being said whoever left my package at the wrong house is unacceptable.

That's caring about your customers needs & how you can best help them spend more time with family & less time rushing around to make it there before closing or using up a Saturday to try to squeeze it into your already hectic schedule. Way to go!
