  Just left the store and was treated terrible by Bob or Rob Brown … he is a manager. I brought in an Amazon package and it said put the item in the box and return to the store. No extra packaging was needed. It was sent to me in this box. He tried to decline service and say it required to be put in a secure box from UPS this is a small light fixture, no hazardous material no nothing in the box for the light fixture. I did not see this as right, and he decided to then try to charge me just to tape the box up. I have a small business that FORMERLY (now) used to use this location. I watched them tape up sooo many packages and even some Amazon returns. However due to his actions this will now only be used for Amazon returns and they won’t see another penny from me. This manager singled me out and treated me like I was trying to rob him over asking for a piece of tape. This is rediculous while I sat and watched them tape up 20 other packages. Maybe the owner is homophobic or didn’t like my appearance and I was being discriminated against. He specifically targeted me. What should have took 10 mins took me well over an hour because he wanted to prove a point and make an example out of me. It was very disrespectful. I have been coming here for years and never had this problem with this same guy. Today he decided to show his attitude so I showed mine back. It wasn’t about the money it was the principle of all I hear is tape and other stuff and he just wanted to be a jerk. So my business and money will go elsewhere. I always loved this little place I felt always respected and always it ran like clock work, I guess the standards have dropped for customer care. I probably need to go in once a week and buy a roll of tape and leave it out for other customers to use so that way he won’t have to waste a nickel on anything. I will go out of my way never to use their packaging services. I may even just go to fedex to have them package it and bring the box to ups just to prove my point, money is not the issue , and how I was treated was the issue. A shipping company running out of tape is a crisis and I think yall need to rethink the industry you are in if you can’t afford tape.

  We have had constant problems with the U.S. Postal Service, so we went to the UPS Store. What a pleasant surprise! - Great service & friendly staff!

  The representative that helped me today was super helpful Carla :) . Very friendly and helpful . I had four boxes and she took her time and didn’t rush me . With the busy holiday season the trip was easy and not long of a wait at all.

  Female staff are rude and rush things. They take their overstimulation out on callers. Go in person so they wont have the balls to brush you off over the phone. The one in Bartlett, by 5 Below.
