I would recommend using them for any Amazon returns you may have and for any signs you want made. I will be using them for future needs. ❤️

- AJAndrew JorgensonMar 17, 20261.0Dishonest to run as an Amazon return center. This business is open when they feel like it. I initially had an air purifier and selected this location as it’s closer without knowing any better. Since the business is only open on weekdays, I took off work twice to be able to swing by and return my package. The first time there was a sign on the door for their child going to the cardiologist, which I completely recognize as a solid reason to close without notice. The second time I took off work the following week and they were closed again - this time with no notice on the storefront as to why. Amazon wouldn’t let me change the return location and I’m out of my hard earned money due to a business that cannot hold standard hours. The hours on their shop door inadvertently state that they’re open when they feel like it, which conveniently seems like never. Today, my SO goes to return a package here and they’re closed the entire week for “spring break”. However they want to run their business and which hours to keep is of course their choice, but their lack of consistent hours negatively impacts peoples lives in both time & financially when they cannot do their return. Maybe fine for their primary business, but not ok to operate as an Amazon return center if they cannot keep standard hours.
