I am willing to be patient with them but clerk #09 was the most rude, condescending, and impatient employee working ANYWHERE that I've had the displeasure to do business with in a very long time. You can do better than THAT woman, Arlington. What the hell are you thinking keeping someone as mean to your customers as that employed? Frankly, I will refuse to speak with her in the future whenever I am forced to use your location or just drive down the road another half mile and use UPS instead. She also treated my husband with an equal amount of disrespect that is unacceptable and I will return the disrespect in kind if I'm forced to ever deal with her again in the future. 14 customers behind me will be treated to a very unpleasant show.

Came back Monday, November 4th and had a mailbox full of mail, most of it damaged because of other mail being shoved into the box on top of the previous days.
