- H9hicko 92Apr 18, 20211.0Management is a joke. ‘Rene’, the current Postmaster might have experience in logistics and operations but she cannot keep up with half her office; every customer complains of missing mail, lost mail, misrouted you name it. Even employees dislike her. Arlington deserves better than this. Reach up to upper management in Nashville and district managers. Waiting 15+ days for a package is totally unacceptable. Nevertheless she will blame it on other facilities, lack of staff or COVID. What a joke. Again her name is Rene (Gaylene) G. Drain. She claims to run the place. If you are being given the run around about your mail or packages contact upper management in Nashville or whomever is her boss because she could care less about your mail. She just wants her bonuses and run the place as cheap as possible.
