- HAHussein AlshammariFeb 7, 20265.01- I highly recommend this place because its employees were doing great job, especially Ms. Mitchell Day who worked on sending my letter. She was very professional, very respectful, helpful and kind person. She was doing great job. Even last year i visited this place and i met another staff member who was also doing great job. I think all the staff member of this place are doing great job. I recommend this place to be the first choice even if its location little far away from your place. They work so fast and you will not waste your time waiting in a long queue. 2- This is a second review for another employee at this location. I think the name of the employee is Keneisa or other name. In fact, i don't remember her name exactly but i can recognize her from the Tattoo on her hands. She is very hard worker person, very professional, caring and friendly. I prefer this location because there is no over crowded, so you do not need to waste your time, or may be there are less customers in the area, but i think because the employees were doing great job and hard workers and thats why there were very few customers. From my experience with this office i didn't wait more than few minutes. Finally, i highly recommend it.

You can hear a group of people laughing and chatting in the back while no one is up front to help. When you ask for a pen that works so you can fill out your package before getting up front they say “wait your turn.” This place needs some better management.
