I would like to name specifically Teara (I'm sorry if I'm misspelling the name) who truly went above and beyond when my mail was lost for 6 weeks, she helped me track it and called me when it was finally found, she also helped me retrieve a government letter that was delivered to my old mailbox. She didn't hesitate to contact the actual postal worker in the field and ask them for assistance as well. In my opinion this lady is a true postal service worker hero who does an excellent job at being professional, courteous, empathetic, and very hard working for the people of Antioch community. Thank you again!
