  Went in there on Friday to return a package to amazon. Was informed their complete system including phone lines were down they were having to manually put in the information. I was printed out a label showing I dropped off my package. However, it's been 2 days and my package has still not been uploaded into the system showing that it was dropped off. You can't call there because the phone lines are down, I'm not understanding how they're operating and telling customers they're having to manually put these returns in yet, it's now being 48 hours and mine is still not showing that it's even been dropped off in the system.

  The staff were all happy and moving fast. I waited under 3 minutes with 4 people in front of me. The employees were all cheerful and polite. Most definitely a great experience for a Saturday morning.
